1.Data controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of netten.systems is Netten Systems Sp. z o.o., registered office in Nowęcin, Poland (Spacerowa 4, 84-360), entered in the register of entrepreneurs (KRS) under number 0000534033, tax ID (NIP) 8411715727 (the "Controller").

2.Scope and purposes of processing

a) Correspondence and inquiries. If you contact us by e-mail (including regarding the SonicEye pilot program, production partnerships, licensing, or technical discussions), we process the data contained in the correspondence: name, e-mail address, company name, position, and the content of the message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where the correspondence aims at concluding a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

b) Server logs. The server hosting the website automatically records standard connection data (IP address, date and time of the request, browser identifier). We use this data solely for technical, statistical, and security purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.Cookies and third-party services

netten.systems does not use marketing or analytics cookies and does not require logging in.

The website uses Google Fonts, which involves transmitting the user's IP address to Google servers (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). More information is available in Google's privacy policy.

4.Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to entities providing hosting, IT infrastructure maintenance, and e-mail services on our behalf — solely to the extent necessary to provide those services and on the basis of data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

7.Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conduct correspondence or establish cooperation.

8.Automated decision-making

Personal data of website users is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.

9.Changes to this policy
