Terms of Service
§ 1.General provisions
- These terms define the rules for using the website available at netten.systems (the "Website").
- The service provider is Netten Systems Sp. z o.o., registered office in Nowęcin, Poland (Spacerowa 4, 84-360), KRS 0000534033, NIP 8411715727 (the "Provider").
- Contact: biuro@netten.systems.
§ 2.Nature of the Website
- The Website is informational in nature and presents the Provider's activity and the technologies it develops, including the SonicEye acoustic detection system, the HC Wing "Flat Goose" unmanned aerial vehicle, and the real-time distributed simulation platform.
- Content presented on the Website, including technical parameters and design specifications, is indicative and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Parameters marked as design targets or prototype specifications do not constitute proven performance. Detailed parameters, configurations, and terms of cooperation are agreed individually.
- The Website is addressed to businesses and institutional entities.
§ 3.Electronically supplied services
Through the Website, the Provider supplies, free of charge, access to informational content and enables contact by e-mail, including expressions of interest in the pilot program, production partnerships, or technology licensing.
§ 4.Technical requirements
Using the Website requires a device with Internet access and a current version of a web browser supporting HTML5.
§ 5.Rules of use
- Users must use the Website in a manner consistent with the law, good practice, and these terms.
- In particular, the following is prohibited: supplying unlawful content, attempting unauthorized access to the Provider's infrastructure, and taking actions that disrupt the operation of the Website.
§ 6.Intellectual property
- All content on the Website, including texts, graphics, schematics, interface elements, and the Netten Systems, SonicEye, and HC Wing "Flat Goose" marks, is the subject of rights held by the Provider or entities whose resources the Provider uses under appropriate licenses, and is protected by law.
- Use of Website content beyond personal use requires the Provider's prior consent.
§ 7.Liability
- The Provider endeavors to keep the Website content current and reliable; however, given the developmental nature of the technologies presented, content may change. Binding parameters are set out in documentation provided in the course of technical discussions, pilots, or agreements.
- The Provider reserves the possibility of temporary interruptions in the availability of the Website, in particular due to maintenance work or causes beyond the Provider's control.
§ 8.Complaints
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Website may be submitted to biuro@netten.systems.
- A complaint should include a description of the issue and contact details of the person submitting it. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt.
§ 9.Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
§ 10.Final provisions
- The Provider may amend these terms for important reasons, in particular due to changes in the scope of services or applicable law. The current version is always available at netten.systems/terms.html.
- Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law.
- Disputes related to the use of the Website will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
